Located in the heart of it all, a one minute walk to the top of Main Street, and mere minutes from the resorts and entertainment, is the Mountain Trolley Townhouse. This vacation home is a rare find in Old Town - because of its size, the home can accommodate large groups. Because of its location, you won’t need a rental car.

This newly 2018 remodeled townhouse can comfortably sleep 8+. The master bedroom has a King size bed; the second bedroom has a Queen size bed; the third bedroom also has a Queen bed, wet bar, and sitting area. The fourth bedroom is a cozy loft with two Twin beds. The fifth bedroom is an upper floor Queen bed.

We’ve known the owner Julie Rawl for 8 years and have rented one of her old townhouses (since sold) in the past, and now her current offering 2 years in a row. First off, i have yet to meet a nicer and more professionally pragmatic owner/host in this life, and that counts for a lot in my book.

She gut-renovated Mountain Trolley B over the summer, and while it was nice last year, it is spectacular and tastefully fresh now, and worth every penny. Two full sized bedrooms, additional 2 single beds in the sleeping loft, and an entire separate apartment by the main entrance make for ample space for a family of 4-6 AND friends to invite to stay. As far as we can tell, Julie’s place - due to her taste and the money she puts into it to keep it as new - is hands-down the nicest one can find in this segment of price/space in the area, let alone within 40 seconds walking distance to Main Street. Also, the hot tub in the snow is just fantastic.

ABOUT THE OWNER

Julie Rawl is a Florida native who took her first ski trip when she was 20 years old, seeing snow for the first time and falling in love with Park City.  In 1990 she moved to Park City and it has been home ever since! Julie's background as a real estate appraiser and real estate sales professional led her to choosing the perfect Historic Old Town location at the top of Historic Main Street, to build The Mountain Trolley Townhouse! In 1995 she opened her doors to her first guests. In the winter of 2018 she completed a major 7-month renovation on the townhouse. She is excited to unveil the New Mountain Trolley Townhouse.
