DEPOSITS
5 nights minimum stay required unless otherwise arranged or stated.Your credit card will be run for 50% of your total for your reservation. Reservation is not confirmed until your credit card is processed. We accept both Mastercard and Visa. The balance will be due 60 days prior to your stay. Your credit card will be charged for any damage that is incurred during your stay. No formal damage deposit is charged at the time of booking.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made 60 days or more before arrival date will incur a fee of one nights stay. Cancellations made less than 60 days will forfeit entire payment unless dates are re-sold. No refunds will be made for late check-in or early departure, unless previously arranged.
CHECK-IN/OUT TIME
Check-in time is after 4:00 pm on arrival day unless prior arrangements have been made. Check out before 11:00 am unless prior arrangement.
ABOUT YOUR STAY
WiFi: Network is MTN-TROLLEY and the password is the same as the network! WiFi extenders are (small white boxes) plugged in the downstairs room and the 2nd bedroom upstairs. Please leave these boxes plugged in so the WiFi works optimally.
FIREPLACE: Downstairs electric fireplace has a small remote that operates it. Please leave the remote on the top of the fireplace or in the glass bowl on the coffee table. The Living room fireplace has a large remote! Please leave on the living room coffee table. It controls the flame height, the fan on the fireplace and it also has settings for the fireplace light.
LED MANTLE LIGHTS: There is a small strand of LED lights on the mantle which can be turned on by the small box on the right side of the mantle. These lights go through batteries quickly...it takes AA batteries!
HOT TUB: The hot tub is maintained 3 x per week. Please turn off the jets and remember to replace the cover when you are finished using. Also, please No Glass containers around the hot tub.
BE CAREFUL OF ICE ON THE PATIO AND ON THE WALKWAYS!
During the day the ice melts and then refreezes at night on the patio and the sidewalk and it can get slick. Please be careful! There is a box of salt under the outside bench at the door that can be used to spread over icy patches.
SNOW REMOVAL: There is a service which handles the driveway and sidewalk ploughing. They also salt the driveway, sidewalk and side patio. If we are having a big storm, sometimes they may take longer to get by. There are snow shovels provided on the back patio!
TRASH: There are trash cans to the left of the driveway, at the front of the townhouse. Trash is collected Early on Thursday mornings (unless Thursday falls on a holiday and then it is the next day.) Please push the cans to the street on Wednesday eve or before 7:15 on Thursday morning for pick up!
LAUNDRY: There is a laundry room off of the lower bedroom area. The electrical panel is also located in this room behind the picture on the wall. There is a lighted switch on the wall in the laundry room for the heat tape, PLEASE KEEP THIS SWITCH ON to manage the icicles that form along the south side of the home. There is a vacuum and a broom in the laundry room. Cleaning products and trash bags can be found in the kitchen side pantry on the bottom shelf.
HOT WATER: The townhouse has a “ON Demand” water heater. Please give it a minute or two to heat up before getting in the shower. A mark has been placed in showers to show “HOT” water!
TV: The TV’s all have Comcast remotes that you can speak into to find programming or press the guide button. You can ask for “Free Movies” and a list will appear for you to choose from. Netflix is also available. “Ask” the remote to find Netflix and choose the Townhouse B icon. Netflix can be temperamental, so it does not always function well.
PARKING: The townhouse has two outside parking spaces. Please park in the space marked “B” and also to the right of that space. The Garage is not available to park in.
FREE MAIN STREET TROLLEY SHUTTLE:
The free shuttle picks up at the trolley turnaround which is located approximately 100 feet North of the townhouse at the intersection of Main Street, Daly Ave. and Hillside Ave. Wait at the large sign on the corner and the trolley picks up approximately every 15 minutes. You can also flag the trolley down as you walk up Main Street. The trolley will drop you anywhere on Main Street. The Transit center is located one block East of Main Street. Ask the trolley driver the best place to be dropped if you are looking for the Transit center, which runs all of the Free Buses around Park City!
CHECK OUT time is 11:00 am. The cleaners normally come to clean at 11:00 am to prepare the townhouse for the next guests.
CHECK OUT CHECKLIST: It is much appreciated if you can:
1) Please load the dishwasher and start it before leaving.
2) Please take the trash out to the trash cans on your way out.
3) Place all used towels and washcloths inside the shower or tub.
